I bought one of Sarah's beautiful bracelets and matching necklaces in a store. Unfortunately one night the bracelet broke. Luckily I was able to find all of the beads. I went back to the store and they relayed the information to her. She called me two days later and agreed to fix the bracelet for free!!! Not only that, she also made some gorgeous earrings to match.
