Our commitment to you is that the parts and workmanship of your new Chic Gems, Etc. merchandise will be free of defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Should you discover a manufacturing defect on your merchandise during the warranty period, we will gladly replace it.
Please note that we use high quality natural stones, glass, silver, and other manmade and natural products in our work. We cannot guarantee that your replacement will be exactly the same, as there is a variance in natural stones. It is also possible that you have purchased a unique piece that was of limited production, such that we may not have access to the exact replacement pieces needed. We will do our best to make the match, and we will contact you if we need to discuss alternative options.
Some pieces of our jewelry are more fragile than others due to the nature of the materials used in the design and need to be handled with reasonable care. If it is determined that your merchandise was damaged for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, there will be a charge for repairing your merchandise and any parts that need to be replaced.

Once we have processed your request we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number) and instructions where to ship the merchandise. Merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number).
We cannot be responsible for shipping charges incurred for returning your merchandise.
If a replacement piece in the same style and color as your original is no longer available, Customer Service will contact you about alternative choices.
